Keynote Speaker: Claude Desplan, Ph.D named a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Assistant and Associate Investigator between 1988 – 1999, currently a Silver Professor in the Department of Biology and Neural Science at New York University, and newly elected to the National Academy of Sciences (2018).
“Development of the fly motion vision pathway”

Speaker: Vivian Irish, Ph.D an Eaton Professor of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology and Professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University.
“On growth and form in petals”

Speaker: John Wallingford, Ph.D a William and Gwyn Shive Endowed Professor from the Department of Molecular Biosciences, University of Texas at Austin.
“Planar cell polarity in development and disease”
